As is the case with all HOA-governed communities, Ovations at Elk View operates under the direction of a volunteer Board of Directors. These directors are elected by the community from a list of owners who have expressed a desire to serve. The Board holds business meetings every other month (or more often if necessary) and all residents are invited to attend.
The primary responsibility of the HOA is to maintain and regulate the use of the common elements of the community. The Board accomplishes this task by adopting a fiscally sound budget, hiring professional management, and entering into contracts for necessary services.
