Ovations at Elk View is an active adult community for those 55 and better.  The community has proudly held its current Gold Star Community certification since 2012.  Ovations is conveniently located in Southern Chester County, just minutes from US 1, Baltimore Pike, and Route 896.  Doctors, medical services, restaurants, a major grocery, and other retail establishments are just minutes away.

Homeowner’s Association

The HOA Board, comprised of elected residents, supported by five Standing Committees, governs Ovations at Elk View. Community management is provided by a professional, licensed property manager.
